What are the Order Actions?

In WooCommerce, the plugin adds dropdowns to the order actions, as shown here:

Expire Enrollments in Thinkific

This will expire any enrolments created by this order. This can be useful in a situation where a customer requests a refund or you need to remove the student from the courses they purchased.

Trigger Thinkific User Creation & Enrollment

This option will re-run the user creation and enrolment process for the order. This can be useful if the process fails when the user originally places their order, or if the order is altered and you wish to place the user in different/more courses.

Resend Thinkific Coupon Codes

This will re-send the Thinkific Coupon email from WooCommerce (Only applicable if order contains Thinkific coupons)

Revoke Thinkific Coupon Codes

This will void all coupon codes for the order. Note, this will not remove any enrolments created using the coupon codes from this order, it will only prevent new enrolments. (Only applicable if order contains Thinkific coupons)
