Dashboard: How to Use Charts, Stats, and Date Range Filters
The Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring learning activity and engagement across your organization. It provides visual charts and summary statistics to give you a quick overview of what's happening in your B2B Dashboard.
Accessing the Dashboard
The Dashboard is the default landing page after logging in. Navigate to Dashboard from the main sidebar navigation.
Summary Statistics Cards
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find stat cards showing key metrics:
- Total Users — The total number of users in your organization
- Active Users — Users who have been active in the selected time period
- Courses — Total number of courses available
- Completions — Total course completions in the selected period
- Engagement Rate — Percentage of enrolled users who are actively engaging with content
These cards update automatically when you change the date range.

The Dashboard includes six chart widgets that visualize different aspects of learning activity:

Understanding the Data
Dashboard data is calculated in real-time from your platform's activity logs. Charts show aggregated metrics and may not reflect real-time second-by-second changes. For detailed user-level data, use the Reports section.
