How to Configure Localization, Branding, and Thinkific Integration

Tenant Settings control the global configuration for your B2B Dashboard instance. These settings affect localization, user defaults, branding, and Thinkific integration.

Accessing Tenant Settings

Navigate to Admin > Settings in the sidebar. The Settings page is organized into three tabs.

Settings Tab

Localisation

  • Default Language — Set the dashboard's interface language
  • Date Format — Choose how dates are displayed (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY)
  • Time Format — Choose 12-hour or 24-hour time display
  • Timezone — Set the default timezone for all users
  • Currency — Select the default currency for pricing and transactions
  • Currency Format — Choose symbol placement (prefix or suffix) and decimal separator

Seats Defaults

  • Default Max Seats — The default maximum seats when creating a new seat type
  • Default Seat Tags — Tags automatically applied to new seats

Registration & Onboarding

  • Registration Enabled — Allow new users to self-register
  • Registration Welcome Email — Toggle whether new users receive a welcome email
  • Default Team for New Users — Automatically assign new users to a default team
  • User Password Settings — Configure minimum password length and complexity requirements

Expiry Dates

  • Default Enrollment Expiry — Set how long enrollments last by default (options: Days, Date, Never)
  • Default Session Expiry — Configure how long user sessions remain active

Default Teams

  • Create Default Teams — Automatically create predefined teams for new organizations
  • Default Team Names — Configure the names of automatically created teams

Deletion Behavior

  • User Deletion — Configure what happens when a user is deleted (remove enrollments, keep history, etc.)
  • Team Deletion — Configure team deletion behavior (delete associated data, reassign users, etc.)
  • Data Retention Period — How long to retain data after deletion

Thinkific API

  • Thinkific API Key — Set or update the API key used to connect to your Thinkific platform
  • Thinkific Subdomain — Your Thinkific subdomain for API communications

Thinkific Tab

Custom Profile Fields

  • Enable Custom Profile Fields — Toggle whether custom profile fields from Thinkific are displayed in user profiles
  • Field Mapping — Map Thinkific custom fields to dashboard user profile fields

Branding Tab

Logo Upload

Customize the dashboard appearance with your own branding:

  • Light Mode Logo — Upload a logo for light mode displays (top navigation, login page)
  • Dark Mode Logo — Upload a logo for dark mode displays

Auth Page Images

  • Authentication Image — Upload a background or side image for the login/authentication page
  • Registration Image — Upload an image for the registration page

Branding Notes

  • Recommended logo dimensions are displayed during upload
  • Images are automatically optimized for web display
  • Changes are previewed in real-time before saving
