How to purchase seats using the dashboard checkout
Important
- To check out, a team, or its associated organisations, must have available credit (Unless seats are free to purchase)
- The catalogue will only appear if you have set up products in the dashboard and they are available to that team, either globally or assigned directly to that team. Inactive or hidden products will never appear for any user to purchase.
- When an order is placed, it may take a few moments for the seats to be allocated and appear available for enrolment.
1. Click Catalog
2. Search and find the seats you require and click Add to Cart
3. Optional: Add additional seats
4. Optional: Increase the quantity as required.
5. Click Checkout
6. Confirm the cart contents and totals, then check the box for order confirmation.
7. Click Place Order
