How to refund orders

Important

  • Refunding an order does not remove seats that were granted as a result of a purchase. You must manually remove or adjust any seats.
  • If you wish to credit or debit an account, instead of refunding, you can use the Manage Credit button on either the Team or Organisation.

To refund an order, either partially or entirely, you need to open your admin panel and click Transactions. Find the transaction and click Actions, then Refund Order
