How to create catalog products to sell B2B seats


1. Click Catalog in the admin panel


2. Click Add Catalog Item


3. Enter a Name


4. Enter a Price. This is the total amount of credit required to purchase, not per seat. For example, if you enter 25 seats and a price of 100, then the total cost is 100.

Tip: You can also choose if the product is active, hidden or available to all teams globally, or only select teams.


5. Click Product and select a product for which seats will be assigned.

Tip: By default, the system will use the product image from Thinkific for the catalogue.

6. Enter the number of seats to assign when the purchase is complete.

8. Choose an expiry type; in this example, we will use "Days". Additional options mirror those available for creating Seats.

9. Click Save


The product is now ready for purchase!
