How to impersonate users

Impersonation is a helpful tool for super admins which allows them to access the accounts of all users on the dashboard so that they can view the dashboard as if they are that user. Common use cases include:

• Helping your users troubleshoot issues
• 'White glove' onboarding by allowing an admin to set up an account as if they were that user
• Screen-sharing and onboarding tutorials

From your admin panel, choose Users and access the user's profile by clicking the arrow on the right-hand side.

On the Profile tab, click Impersonate

To exit impersonation, click the 'X' at the bottom of the screen inside the warning tab.
