Example End User Emails

Below are some examples of emails you can send to your users to help them get set up and use the dashboard. We highly recommend tailoring them to your language and style and creating your images or videos to accompany them. We find that the quickest onboarding with the least amount of administration is achieved using video content such as Loom recordings.

Important: We highly recommend not setting a password for a user and emailing them the password. This is a security concern. If you must set the password directly, you should encourage the user to reset their password immediately upon login, or use or 'passwordless' example below.

New Users - How to Login (Passwordless)

Hi Joe!

Welcome to our dashboard! We're excited to have you join us. To log in, you will need to do the following:

1. Open https://example.b2bdashboard.io in your web browser
2. Click Email Login Link
3. Enter your email: joe.blogs@example.com
4. An email will arrive in your inbox shortly, click it and login.

2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter your email: joe.blogs@example.com
4. An email will arrive in your inbox shortly; click it and set your new password.
