How are users deleted from the Thinkific dashboard?
When a user is deleted from the B2B dashboard, you have options regarding their data. In general, we recommend you retain their data and instead delete them from their teams. This means their data is retained but their accounts are not visible to dashboard users (And their data is also retained on Thinkific)
Warning: If you delete a user from Thinkific, their data cannot be recovered. Please be cautious if you intend to delete users from Thinkific.
You can view deletion options, in addition, make changes by opening your admin panel and choosing Settings, then Settings, then the subsection Deletions
