How do I disable access to a team?

If you wish to stop all users from accessing a team, you have two options:

  • Disable access using the 'Active' option
  • Set an expiry date for the team

Both these options are commonly used if you are selling a license and do not want users to access the team after a specific date, or if they do not renew their license, etc.

Note: Disabling access to a team will not remove users or enrollments from Thinkific.

Open your admin panel and click Teams, then the arrow on the right hand side.

Choose Configuration, then choose your deactivation method.

Click Save.
