How do I impersonate a user?

Impersonation allows a super administrator to access and view the dashboard as another user. For example, if your client is having difficulties adding users or enrollments, you can securely login on their behalf and assist them.

Important:

• Impersonation is only available to super administrators of the dashboard.
• When impersonating, you may have more permissions than the end user as the system will recognize you as a super admin. Therefore, you may have access to more functionality than the user you are impersonating.

Open your admin panel and click Users, then select the user you want to impersonate:

Scroll down their profile tab, and click Impersonate

To exit impersonation, click the X in the bottom right hand corner of your screen:
