How can I create or update a team?
To create a team, open the Admin panel of the B2B Dashboard.
Before Your Start
- Teams require an Owner. If this is a brand new team, and you still need to create a User for the owner, create a new User first.
- Teams require a Seat(s) to access courses and bundles. Create a new Seat, or learn more about shared or template seats before creating a team.
- Click Teams then Add Team
- Enter the Team name and assign an Owner, followed by a Seat.
When assigning a seat, you have three options:
- Assign No Seats: No seats will be assigned. Note that the team cannot access any course or bundle information until a seat is allocated.
- Assign Seats as Shared: The seat will be shared between all teams which are assigned that seat. This means that a seat used by one team will be unavailable for use by another.
- Assign Seats as Template: A new seat will be created and assigned based on the template provided.
Then click Add Team
