How do I sync existing orders from Thinkific to WooNinja Invoices?

Once installed, WooNinja invoices will continually sync new orders from Thinkific to its database.

• You should only follow this guide if you are missing orders.
• You do not need to manually sync orders on a regular basis.

1. Log into your account @ https://invoices.wooninja.io/login and click Export

2. From the Export menu, choose the Sync From Thinkific option and click Sync From Thinkific

Note: This process can take upwards of an hour depending on the number of orders in your Thinkific system. Please be patient and contact us if you are still missing information after this timeframe has elapsed.
