How can I see WooCommerce customer information inside the Intercom Inbox?
To view WooCommerce customer information inside Intercom, you must enable Canvas Kit when installing the plugin. Please see our complete set-up guide for this process.
If you have installed Canvas Kit, and it is not appearing, check that you have enabled and pinned the app by opening any conversation, scrolling to the bottom of the sidebar, and looking for the app you created. Note that the name that will appear will be the name you gave the app when you created it.
