How can I view WooCommerce order information inside Intercom?

After you have installed our plugin and enabled Canvas Kit if a customer exists in WooCommerce with the same email, their user and order information will be retrieved.

Note: Only the most recent five orders will be returned. If a customer has more orders, a link will permit you to jump directly to WooCommerce to view them.

You can click an individual order to view more detailed information, and you can click line items to open the product directly on your WooCommerce store.
