How can I tag a customer in Intercom when they purchase on WooCommerce?

Our plugin can add, and remove, tags in Intercom when a customer purchases a given product. To start, open the product editor in WooCommerce.

Important: Tags must exist in Intercom. Therefore, ensure you add the tags to Intercom before you start this process.

  1. Check the Intercom box, and then click Intercom in the sidebar.
  2. Enter the tags you wish to add or remove when that product is purchased.
