How do I add WooNinja to my WordPress site for debugging purposes?

Occasionally we may request access to your WordPress site so we can debug a plugin issue.

Open your WordPress system, click Users then Add New

Enter the details as requested, and set the Role to Administrator.

We require the administrator role as it permits us access to plugins, logs etc. We are happy to sign an NDA or similar agreement if you so wish, please let us know before granting us access.
