How to enrol a student in Thinkific until a specific date in WooCommerce

1. Open your WooCommerce product, check the Thinkific box, and then open the Thinkific tab.
2. Check Create Enrollment, choose Expire on a specific date of an Expiry Type, and choose an Access Type, e.g. Full Enrollment.
3. Enter the date of expiry, e.g., Jan 1st, 2025. Note that regardless of when the user makes a purchase of this product in WooCommerce, their course expiry will be this date.
4. Choose the courses or bundles you wish the user to enrol in.
5. Click Update to save the product

When complete, your set-up would look as follows:

In this example, anyone who buys this product in WooCommerce will be enrolled in the ‘Accounting Course’ in Thinkific until May 31st 2024.

Important: Be sure to change the expiry date or otherwise remove the product on or before the expiry date you set. Otherwise, a student may purchase this product after the expiry date, and they will be unable to access their course.
